Solomon Yeshitila Co. manufactures and supplies marble stone and the gypsum, limestone, travertine, dolomite and other materials listed in its catalogue.

Supply is available within Ethiopia. The company does not offer export or international delivery.

The inquiry form is a request for a conversation. Sending it does not create a contract, reserve stone, or fix a price.

A supply contract exists only when the company confirms the material, quantity, finish, price, and an Ethiopian delivery place in writing.

Product descriptions identify materials and common uses; discuss the requirements for a specific order when requesting a quotation.

Natural stone can vary in color and pattern from piece to piece.

Any quotation validity period and delivery terms will be stated in the quotation.

To the extent Ethiopian law allows, the company is not liable for loss that comes only from reading the site or from relying on a catalog value instead of a lot note.

Nothing here limits liability that Ethiopian law does not allow a business to exclude.

For a confirmed order, liability is limited to the price paid for the stone in the claim, except where Ethiopian law sets a different rule.

The courts of Ethiopia have jurisdiction. The company does not submit these terms to the law of another country.
